CLAUSE – 1: NAME OF THE SOCIETY:
Name of the Society shall be “ALL INDIA IDEAL TEACHERS’ ASSOCIATION”
CLAUSE – 2: REGISTERED OFFICE:
Registered Office of the Society shall be situated any where in the National Capital
Territory of Delhi.
At present it is located at D-321, Dawat Nagar, Abul Fazal Enclave, Jamia
Nagar, New Delhi-110025.
CLAUSE-3: AREA OF OPERATION:
Area of operation of this society shall be the entire India.
CLAUSE – 4: AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:
The Aims and Objectives of this Association will be as under:
(1) To create better educational and moral environment in educational
institutions.
(2) To remove the effects of ignorance from educational system and to develop
Islamic Ideology of education.
(3) To construct the lives of teachers according to the Islamic Teachings.
(4) To give thoughtful educational and moral guidance to the students.
(5) To keep an eye on governmental education policy and try to remove bad
effects of any objectionable matter that may divert the students from their
religion and culture, and to save them from the bad effects of other religions
and cultures.
(6) To remove the misunderstandings about Islam among all the teachers and
students living in this country.
(7) To struggle for the rights of the teachers.
(8) To disseminate education in the society especially in the Muslim community.

(9) To compile, translate, print, publish and distribute literature in both
print and electronic forms for the promotion of these objects or give financial
aid for the publication of the same.
(10) To organize programmes, activities, seminars, workshops, conferences etc.
for the development and promotion of these objects of the society and for the
comparative understanding on issue and problems affecting the society and
mankind at large.
(11) To collaborate with local, national and international organizations and
establishments whether Governmental Agencies or NGOs working for similar
objectives in whatever way found suitable for the achievement of the objectives
of the society and to receive grants from such organizations or to provide them
financial assistance.
(12) To do all other works identical to the achievement of these objectives.
All the incomes, earnings, movable/or immovable properties of the society shall
be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objects
only as set forth in the Memorandum of Association and no profit thereof shall
be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus,
profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present or the past members of the
society or to any person claiming through any one or more of the present or the
past members. No member of the society shall have any personal claim on any
movable or immovable properties of the society or make any profits, whatsoever,
by virtue of this membership.
RULES AND REGULATIONS OF “ALL INDIA
IDEAL TEACHERS’ ASSOCIATION”
CLAUSE – 1: NAME OF THE SOCIETY
Name of the Society shall be “ALL INDIA IDEAL TEACHERS’ ASSOCIATION”
CLAUSE – 2: MEMBERSHIP
Every Indian residing within the boundaries of the Indian Nation may become the
member of this Association provided he or she:
(1) Belongs or has belonged in past to the teaching profession in any
educational institution, modern or religious.
(2) Promises to follow rules, regulations, discipline and code of conduct of
the Association.
Practically a person will be deemed to be a member when Zonal President
approves his or her application for membership.
CLAUSE – 3: EXPULSION
A member of the Association may be expelled when he or she acts against aims
and objects of the Association, lines of action or moral code of conduct by
his/her word or deed.
CLAUSE –4: ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS
While electing office bearers the following qualities shall be kept in view.
(1) He or she should not be desirous of any office post.
(2) He or she should be, on the whole, superior to the generality of members in
his/her electoral circle in respect of knowledge, piety, maturity of opinion,
steadfastness, abidance by the Constitution of the Association and other
activities.
CLAUSE – 5: In all electoral circles
the election of Office Bearers shall be held after every two years.
CLAUSE – 6: LINES OF ACTION
(a) To introduce the aims and objects of the Association among the teachers and
to organize those who agree with these aims and objects.
(b) To review the educational system, the syllabus and other educational
matters and problems of the community, and to prepare relevant documents.
(c) To try to provide facilities for research and study to teachers and
students who are in need of them.
CLAUSE-7: METHODOLOGY
The Association will adopt peaceful, constructive, democratic and Islamic means
to achieve its objectives and try to follow moral ways in its activities.
CENTRAL STRUCTURE
CLAUSE – 8: Association will have a
President who will be elected by all the Zonal Presidents and Zonal Secretaries
from amongst the members of the Zonal Council.
Duties and Powers
(1) To take necessary steps to execute the decisions of the Central Council for
achievement of aims and objects of the Association.
(2) To invite non-member(s) to attend the meeting. Any non-member will not have
right to vote in the meeting.
(3) To sell, purchase, exchange or transfer the properties of the Association
within the limits imposed by the Central Council.
(4) Members of the Association shall be bound to obey the President in
administrative functions.
(5) To take steps to establish the Units of Association in new states.
(6) To arrange for the election of office bearers at zonal level and to accept
the resignations of the office bearers at the zonal level.
(7) To suspend a zonal level executive member and to expel him/her on the
advice of the Zonal Council.
CLAUSE – 9: CENTRAL COUNCIL
(a) There shall be a Central Council to advise the president and to form the
central policy which will be called the Central Council. The Central Council
will consist of Zonal Presidents and secretaries. Moreover two members (one
male and one female) will be nominated by Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, and one (male)
member will be nominated by the Students’ Islamic Organization of India.
(b) Decisions of the Central Council will be enforceable on all the Zonal
Councils.
(c) Quorum for the Council Meeting will be half (50%) of the total members of
the Council. However qourum will not be a condition for convening the meeting
which was adjourned for the lack of quorum.
CLAUSE – 10: VICE PRESIDENT
The Association will have a Vice President who will discharge the duties
assigned to him by the President in the absence of the President. The Vice
President will be selected by the President from amongst the members of the
Central Council and Zonal Council.
PRESIDENT SECRETARY GENERAL TREASURER
CLAUSE-11: MEETING
Meeting of the Governing Body (Central Council) shall be held once a year at
any convenient place as decided by the members of the Central Council.
NOTICE OF THE MEETING: Notice of every meeting of the Association together with
the agenda shall ordinarily be circulated by the Secretary General to all its
members at least five clear days before the proposed date of the meeting.
QUORUM: One half (1/2) members shall be the quorum for any meeting. No quorum
shall be required for any adjourned meeting.
CLAUSE – 12: President will appoint,
according to the need, a Secretary General and Secretaries on the advice of the
Central Council who shall be the Ex-Officio members of the Central Council.
CLAUSE – 13: Zonal President
Every Zone will have a Zonal President who shall be elected by the District
Presidents from amongst the members of the Zone.
Duties and Powers
(1) To approve the membership of the Association.
(2) To suspend or expel a member, to accept resignation of other post- holders
of the Zone.
(3) To guide the members of the Zone within the prescribed limits.
(4) To keep right the administration of the Zone.
(5) To invite non-member(s) to attend the Zonal Council meeting. However a
non-member will not have right to vote in the meeting.
(6) To make arrangements for the election of Local Presidents and the District
Presidents in consultation with the Zonal Secretary.
(7) To suspend the functioning of a Local Unit or District Body according to
the need and to dissolve it in consultation with the Zonal Council.
ZONAL COUNCIL
CLAUSE – 14: Every zone shall have a
Zonal Council that will have at least THREE members. The Zonal Council will be
elected by the District Presidents from amongst the members of the zone.
Meeting of the Zonal Council will be held at least once a year.
CLAUSE – 15: SECRETARY
Every Zone will have a Secretary who will be appointed by the Zonal President
on the advice of the Zonal Council from amongst the members of the Zone.
Duties and Powers
(1) To help the Zonal President to keep right the administration of the Zone.
(2) To supervise the various departments of the Zone.
(3) To make arrangements for collection of funds and sanction the district
budget.
(4) To prepare Annual Report.
(5) Secretary will be answerable for his work before the Zonal President.
DISTRICT STRUCTURE
CLAUSE – 16:
(a) Every district will have a District President who will be elected by the
Local Presidents of the district from amongst the members of the district.
District President will appoint District Secretary on the advice of the Local
Presidents from amongst the members of the district.
(b) A district having Fifty or more members will have a district council. Such
District Council will have at least Five members, who will be elected by the
Local Presidents from amongst the members of the District.
Duties and Powers
(1) To supervise the district level administration of the Association.
(2) To implement different programs on the instructions of the Zonal President.
(3) To try to form new units.
(4) To recommend acceptance, supension or expulsion of a member of the
association.
(5) To establish District Level Treasury, to strengthen it, to keep accounts
and to spend from it after the sanction of the budget by the Zonal Secretary.
CLAUSE – 17: LOCAL STRUCTURE
Every unit will have a Local President who will be elected by the members of
the Unit from amongst themselves.
A Local Unit will be set up on the level of a College, University, a small town
or a place where there are at least THREE members.
(1) To activate himself/herself for
achievement of aims and objects of Association on local level and to activate
other members for this purpose.
(2) To manage local unit and see that members are committed to moral values.
CLAUSE – 18: TREASURY
(a) Treasuries will be established on Central, Zonal, District and Local
levels. Zonal treasury will provide a certain amount to centre and District
treasury will provide ascertain amount to their respective Zone for their
expenses. The funds may be contributed by well wishers and members of the
Association. All members will contribute a certain amount regularly.
(b) Separate auditors may be appointed for the audit of Central, Zonal and
District level treasuries.
(c) Central treasury will function under the President of the Association,
Zonal treasury will function under the Zonal President and the District
treasury will function under the District President who may expend from their
respective treasuries as per the sanctioned budget.
CLAUSE-19: FINANCES AND ACCOUNTS
The Society shall have funds mainly from the mentioned hereinafter:
1. Subscription fee fixed by the Central Council from time to time. The present
being Rs. 100/- per annum.
2. Periodical Collection
3. Emergency Collections
4. Public Donations
5. Income from other sources
6. All funds shall be deposited in an account with a Bank approved by the
Central Council and the same shall be operated upon jointly by any two of the
President, Secretary General and Treasurer of the Association
7. All property movable and immovable vests in the society
8. The financial year shall be from 1st April to 31st March every year.
9. The Central Council shall appoint the auditor as and when required for
auditing the Central Account and accounts of other units.
CLAUSE – 20: AMENDMENTS IN THE
CONSTITUTION
(a) A proposal for amendment in the Constitution will be made available to
Central Council Members one month before the scheduled date of meeting.
(b) The amendment shall be passed in the Central Council with a majority of
THREE FOURTH (75%) of the present members.
(c) The amendment shall come into force when majority of Zonal Councils pass
it.
CLAUSE-21: MORAL CODE OF CONDUCT
Every member:
(1) Will try to mend his/her life according to Islamic Teachings.
(2) Will try his/her best for Islam and aims and objects of Islamic Movement.
(3) Will perform his/her professional duties as a teacher with diligence,
sincerity and honesty.
(4) Will try to be punctual in his/her work, will prepare the lesson and will
give special attention to weaker students.
(5) Will give due importance to education and training of pupils with a view to
promote their true Islamic identity.
(6) Will try to develop his/her professional qualities.
(7) Will not exploit any student for his/her own personal gains.
(8) Will show good moral conduct with the students.
(9) Will abstain himself/herself from any unjustified prejudice or preferential
treatment.
(10) Will take utmost care in evaluation and grading of tests and examinations.
(11) Will honour the dignity of the students.
CLAUSE-22: DISSOLUTION:
In the event of dissolution of the Association its funds/assets shall be
transferred only to some other society having similar aims and objectives as
decided by the two-third majority of the members present in any annual meeting
or a meeting called on emergency basis, of the Central Council.
CLAUSE-23: LEGAL JURISDICTION
The Society may sue or be sued in the name of the Society through its either
President or Secretary General as per provisions contained under Section 6 of
the Societies Registration Act, 1860 as applicable to the National Capital
Territory of Delhi.
CLAUSE-24: APPLICATION OF THE ACT:
All the provisions under all Sections of the Societies Registration Act, 1860
as applicable to the Union Territory of Delhi shall apply to this society.
